ATLANTA-With the lease of 32,040 sf to San Diego-based Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp., Oakmont Industrial Groups 359,000-sf Chastain Distribution Center is at 100% occupancy.

The business park is a half mile from I-75 on Chastain Road in Cobb County. Other tenants are Home Depot, General Motors Corp., CRS, Orcon Corp. and AMR.

Mark Hawks, Oakmont's vice president/leasing, represented his company. Blaine Kelley of CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated for Garden Fresh which will use the warehouse as a distribution center and regional office for its restaurants in the Atlanta area and across the Eastern U.S.

Atlanta-based Oakmont Industrial Group has developed and acquired 3.3 million sf since 1996.
